Shipping Policy — Michelle O'Connor Fitness

No physical products

Michelle O'Connor Fitness does not sell or ship physical goods. There are no postal deliveries, courier times, or shipping fees.

What you receive instead

• Digital downloads (such as the Pull-Up Playbook) are delivered instantly online or by email/download link after checkout.

• Online coaching is delivered digitally (programme access, check-ins, messaging, and video form reviews as agreed).

• In-person or hybrid coaching takes place by appointment in the Claremorris / County Mayo area (or as otherwise arranged). No shipping applies.

Delivery timeframes

• Digital products: immediate or within a few minutes of successful checkout.

• Online coaching: start details are emailed after purchase (usually within 1–2 business days).

• Booked sessions: confirmed by email or Calendly at the time of booking.
