Hi, I'm Michelle — a qualified, fully insured personal trainer based in County Mayo. I help women train with structure and purpose: build strength, move well, and feel capable in the gym and in daily life.

My approach is evidence-based and honest. I won't sell you a quick fix or a one-size-fits-all plan. Whether you're starting out, coming back after time off, or already lifting and want to push further — we'll build something that fits you.
